There is a good bit of property on Richland Chambers that is undeveloped. You can really notice when you get out on the water. I had the opportunity yesterday to look at a couple of really nice acreage tracts with very good waterfront. One is a little over 20 acres with a very nice hillside sloping down to the water and great views of the lake with lots of water frontage, nice trees and lots of privacy.
The other is a large piece across the lake. This one is located in an area where eagle nestings were found several years ago. This place is great. Lots of privacy, good trees and great open waterfront.
Richland Chambers is absolutely beautiful.

20120823-204153.jpgToday is a day to celebrate and remember.
We have reached 2 milestones at RE/MAX LakeSideDreams.
After 3 1/2 years we closed on the first condo at Northshore Harbor and today is day 90 of my 90 day goal to not wear shoes.
I have been in sandals to closings, intense meetings, award ceremonies, conventions and classes. We have dominated our market and had a great year, all without shoes!… life is good

This is an incredible piece of property on the south-side of Richland Chambers Lake. It is 13 acres and has approximately 1700 feet of shoreline. In the picture it is the whole point with the white roof boathouse on it plus some . It was originally five lots and totals right around 13 acres. This property has 45 foot elevations above the water and is completely wooded and the shoreline is bulk-headed. Electricity is in place and the boathouse has 3 slips with lifts and a trex deck floor. This property could be divided into several home-sites or could be an absolutely breathtaking lakeside manor. Check out the listing Lot 36 Pelican Point

Lot 253 Hatteras

This is a good deal.  Lot 253 Hatteras in The Shores is listed at $99,500.  This is a beautiful .711 acre home-site with approximately 129 feet of dock-able shoreline on the largest protected cove on Richland Chambers Lake.  The underbrush has been cleaned out and the home-site slopes beautifully down to the water.  The Shores is restricted to 1800 square feet minimum, site built homes only.  You can bring your RV for up to 7 days at a time and no more than 14 days a month and you must take it with you when you go.
The Shores has resort-style amenities with an infinity pool, clubhouse, fitness center, boat ramp, sand volleyball courts and more. Check out the listing:  Lot 253 Hatteras

have to say how proud I am to be part of RE/MAX of Texas!  Julie, Hope and I attended the RE/MAX of Texas statewide convention the last 4 days in Galveston at Moody Gardens.  The city of Galveston has come a long way since Ike.  It is a great place and definitely back in business. The convention was over the top!  RE/MAX of Texas celebrated it’s 35th Anniversary by providing us the absolute top speakers and teachers not only in the real estate industry but also in the world of technology and internet with classes solid for 3 days.  Wow great stuff!!!  Thanks to Richard Filip and his outstanding staff for cutting edge tools and education to make sure we remain the top in our market.  Also the Fun Night party at the Moody Gardens Aquarium and the Awards Gala, Casino Party the Doppleganger band wow what a great time!  And the best part, spending time with all our friends and making new ones from all over the state, who happen to be the best real estate people in TEXAS. Now back to work at LakeSide Dreams on beautiful Richland Chambers Lake, which is filling up by the way, ready to conquer the world!

Northshore Harbor Condos continues; Progress is being made daily on many aspects of construction at Northshore Harbor. Not only is the building going up, infrastructure construction is well underway as well.  As for the buidling, the windows are in, the building is wrapped and handrails are being installed on the stairways.  The roof is completed and the building is almost “dried” in.  The mechanicals are all in place and some exciting automation upgrades will be available (stay tuned).   The interior finish process has begun and the exterior of the building is really taking shape. Sofffits, arches, patios and walkways all are all being finished out in preparation for the stone and stucco.  If you have not been on site, the building is right on the water and the views of Richland Chambers are fantastic.  Every condo has its own private lanai looking out over the 3rd largest body of water in the state and the possibilities are endless. From the picture you can see the sky clouded up and threatening….hmmmm 90this post is originally form January 23rd and originally apopeared in my blog at www.BuyRcLake.com/richland-chambers-blog.aspx we have had a lot of rain since then..new post coming soon>
